Over 4 years in the making, Solidaze's Pleasure from Precision offers a warm electro-soul aesthetic alongside loose natural rhythms for both the armchair and the dance floor. Influenced by social and political experiences during this period, Solidaze incorporates grooves from house, electro, IDM, jazz and dub. Originally planned as an instrumental album, Pleasure from Precision developed into much more when Winnipeg based Solidaze began collaborating with vocalist Sarah Michaelson. Pleasure from Precision merges qualities of the human condition with deep beats and warm tones on Balanced Records 9th album release.
